How to take care?

Just now got my bike from first service, after 1000 kms. Now the next service is after 5 months.

So, what should I do hereafter to make my bike look the best and function the best. How often should I clean the chain, how often should I lubricate it, generally how often should I wash it water (I've been cleaning with a dry towel till now as it has rusting issues). how often should I wax it?
And should I do anything extra? Also, it has a micro scratch because of my nail, is there any cream to remove it? Please do not judge me, I am very new to this.

It would be great if you also mention what products I should be using, as I have no idea about it.
