Why do people in tourist ares get enraged when getting filmed?

So i kinda went into a rabbithole about streamers running around in europe (especially spain,germany,france) in tourist areas and they always get confronted by people yelling and telling them to not film them or like filming is illegal.

I understand that the streamers obviously know the places to aggrevate the people but i do not understand why they care. Like usually the streamer passes them and they tag along and aggressively try to stop them instead of just ignoring the filming guy.
