I (f23) need advice on how to break up, I don't think (m23) we can fix this
I (23f) and my bf (23m) have been dating for a year and a few months. But in the last couple of months I think we lost our chemistry. The conversations are dry and I get annoyed when talking to him because he just doesn't listen.
I know I need to break up, but it's so hard to think about. I know this is how it goes for everyone, but I get nervous to the point of shaking when talking about it.
I can't really speak to my friend about it, that's why I'm asking reddit. I know that in this sub, there are much harder topics, but I would really appreciate some pointers on how to stand my ground.
I'm scared that when the time comes that I wouldn't want to hurt him, I'm scared that I won't delay it because of his feelings.
Idk. Please please comment anything I just need someone to talk to :(
Tldr: How do I stand my ground during a break up?
