Its time for Master Duel to implement no deranking

Like Pokemon TCG pocket recently did, meaning you can no longer derank till you reach the highest rank.

This is the only thing that can save Master Duel. Everyone can reach the highest rank with any fun/pet deck, have fun, and not worry about deranking due to bad hands or going second, just pure fun with no worries.

You can still have people battle it out at the top for duel ratings.
