Found metro card. What to do?

Guys I found this metro card. It has like 40ish₹. What do I do. I heard they don't make these cards anymore (correct me if I'm wrong) should I keep it?

Also it's not working, maybe because money was not deducted at exit. Tell me what should I do about this as well.
