Refund doubts

According to the circular on the IPU website, it says that the online withdrawal option (for the 96k) is open till 12 noon tomorrow, but whenever i open that page it doesn't show any option for me to withdraw.

Is anybody else facing the same issue? Or have you withdrawn already?
