Discover Pay Off

I paid off a DIscover Loan at the beginning of July and was told it would be reported at the end of the month. I verified with Discover that the file was sent on July 31st. Now on August, 12th it is still not showing as paid for any of the Bureaus. All of the other items I paid off in July from other institutions have been reported. Is this typical or unusual? Does have experience with Discover Loans and the length of time it takes to process their files. Thanks for any inisight that can be offered.
