Cognizant ServiceNow Developer Trainee + BITS M.Tech — Anyone else got the reconfirmation mail?

Anyone else got it and planning to choose YES?

Also, does anyone know if the M.Tech is 2 or 4 years and whether there's any bond/service commitment or fee repayment?
