How much do you use AI?

I'm genuinely curious, especially with the looming data centres coming to the area. I've noticed a stark lack of critical thinking in the people I work with (why would you ever need AI to generate a short email or teams message?), the bad drivers, lack of ability to drive defensively, people's waning interpersonal skills, spatial awareness, all the crappy AI posters from local businesses...

I make a conscious effort to use my brain instead of AI, but I am feeling increasingly alone in that and wondering if the things I am noticing are because of that, outfall from the pandemic, or I don't know what else.

Not trying to be preachy, just truly curious how heavily everyone in our city relies on AI for their day to day!
