* Pete Alonso to Hit a Home Run

Pete Alonso has caught fire over the last 3 games, going deep in all 3 and bringing his season total to 26. He already homered last night against Minnesota, and when Alonso starts seeing the ball this well it’s usually a nightmare for pitchers.

Now he gets Zebby Matthews, who has allowed at least 1 home run in 7 of his last 8 starts, including multiple homers in a few of those outings. That is not the type of trend you want when Alonso is walking to the plate already locked in.

Home run props will always carry longshot odds, but this is Pete Alonso. So it’s never a longshot for him.
