Moving to Ibrox

Hey Everyone,
Wanted to ask if anyone had any experience with the flats on Fairley Street closest to Copland Rd in Ibrox? A lot of apartments popping up there. Building seems to be a maze a bit. Do know about Ibrox, the stadium and the reputation. Anyone have experience in that building or around the area (know there is already some posts about the Ibrox area)?
