Watch face that "grows" as you reach your goals

I upgraded from the vivoactive 4S to the 5 today! Love it so far, but....I'm looking for a specific watch face.

I had a watch face on a Fitbit YEARS ago that would start as a bare tree and it would gain leaves and bloom as I walked and got closer to/reached my step goal for the day. Are there any watch faces like that for Garmin? I don't want the "close rings" like apple watches have, but something similar where it changes throughout the day.

This is dumb, but there was also a watch face on Fitbit that was an image of a dog, and if you started moving, a leash would pop up as though you were walking the dog 😅 it made walking my dog a little more enjoyable.
