IT Help Desk Phone Number?

Hello! I am a new student this fall and have unfortunately been facing issues with logging into my account. I had no problems for a time but a week or so ago my Microsoft MFA was not working and now completely does not work and I am unable to log into any of my accounts since it’s asking for a login code but the app no longer provides one. I submitted a ticket 8/6 and haven’t heard back. I’m getting stressed because I need to pay tuition this Friday but can’t log into anything to pay the balance. I have called the IT desk multiple times this morning and it just keeps saying that there are no agents available. Has anyone been successful in reaching IT via phone? I am really lost as to what to do here and don’t want to put anything in jeopardy. Pls help! TIA
