AML FLT3-ITD with IDH1 and DMMT3A mutations

My dad has highly active FLT3-ITD–positive acute myeloid leukemia (AML), NPM1-negative, with IDH1 and DNMT3A mutations and a clone with del(7q), which has so far not responded to the initial dose of gilteritinib and is now being treated with an escalated dose of 200 mg.

Has anyone been experiencing the same case? We’ve been fighting this battle since March and would be nice to hear any info on this. It feels like discoveries about the treatmans have been so new its been hard to find any case studies or survivor stories…

Anyways, my best friend in this shitty disease situation has mostly been chatGPT and it would be great to hear real life stories from someone real..
