Spousal sponsorship - Are we living together?

I am currently filling out all the forms to sponsor my husband (from the US) for PR. We just got married last month. I'm looking for some guidance on how I answer the question about if we are living together now.

Practically, we are living together. He has been living with me 95% of the time for the last 2 years on a series of visitor visas. However, I know that a visitor visa doesn't mean you can technically live in Canada. He maintains a US address and goes back to the US a few times a year.

Do I say we are living together? Specify the specific periods around his trips back to the US?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
