Bayonetta vs Saiyan Saga Vegeta (no planet busting)

I don't know where Bayonetta really scales, but how would she do against Saiyan Saga Vegeta?

• Fight takes place on a distant planet

• They start 20 ft apart

• Round 1: No great ape form for Vegeta

• Round 2: Great ape form
