I need recipes to go through leftover egg whites

I enjoy baking , but i always find myself with a lot of leftover egg whites after making puddings, creams or lava cakes, and at this point, i want to know some easy recipes i could make that i could use them for.

Preferably something that isn t too easy to mess up 🥲
