Confusing help me to understand

I am m 25 we work with a girl f26and initially proposed to her. She rejected me. After about 2 months, she started approaching me again-sitting next to me, asking me for coffee/lunch, etc. I proposed again, and she said, "My opinion has changed."
I got upset and stopped contacting her.
After another 2 months, I reached out again, and she explicitly told me: "I don't want any contact with you. Don't text me or approach me. If you do, I'll escalate it." I respected that and completely backed off.
Now, after about 2 months of no contact, she has started making eye contact, sitting/standing near me in groups, mentioning my likes/dislikes to others, and asking common friends about me and when I'll be in the office and where abouts it's been months same situation
I have no intention of approaching her again
But friends asks me to go and talk to her she feels to be fine again
