Mother question

I have 3 2 ft mother plants don mega, sherb cream pie, and gg#4, this is my first time trying to keep mothers for cloning. How can I take them out the only grow tent I have for flipping and keep them under a light for example out in the open like a spare room and then whats a cheap light I can buy to literally just keep them alive and healthy not rapidly grow of possible to keep them out the grow tent, thank you for any input.
