AI engineer with 12 LPA is great or low ???

I'm currently working as an AI/ML Engineer in Bangalore with about 3 years of experience. I work at a mid-sized product-based company and my current compensation is ₹12 LPA.

I wanted to get an honest market perspective from people in similar roles. Based on the current AI/ML and GenAI job market in Bangalore, does ₹12 LPA seem reasonable for someone with 3 years of experience, or am I being underpaid?

My work involves AI/ML development, LLMs, GenAI, RAG-based applications, Python, and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
