A nurse needs a little help!

Hi. I need some help or guidance on how to get in the door with a clinical research position.
I am an active LPN- licensed practical nurse and have been for about 15 years primarily in acute behavioral/ mental health. I have management experience as well. I am in a BSN program with about 18 months left but I would like to stay clear of the floors/hospitals when finished. I feel like if I get in now, once my degree is obtained, it would open more doors in the clinical research field for my future. Since I don’t have my degree right now but I have a lot of experience, would I be able to get a position? And what positions would I apply to? Any company leads? I am near Nashville if that’s helpful. Any information is appreciated
