A quick way to select geometry in blender?

In Blender's edit mode, I keep breaking my modeling flow to hit separate keyboard shortcuts for extrude, inset, and bevel. Is there a way to do these operations with just mouse gestures-drags instead of switching tools each time?

Anyone knows some plugin to work faster?
