Absconding Issue

So I've been working with a organisation in Dubai since February (they did my employment visa), my contract stated xyz salary as basic salary.

In last 5 months I've received salary 3 times only, out of which 2 times it has been less by 30% approx.

I had word with management to which they've clearly mentioned that the entire office is on variables and you'll get only that not the basic salary. The nature of my job is Sales so I can do it from anywhere on call or personal meets, hence I have not gone to office for a week.

I today get to know that my status has been changed to absconded on Visa.

I spoke to some of my friends who work in visa issuing, they said try to resolve amicably, go to office and ask them to cancel it. Or other option is complaining to MOHRE and escalating the issue with proofs that salary isn't paid.

Law people need help, the office is a DSA and from what I know even their licence is expired. Also they recruit people on visit visa, make them work and lastly they keep the passports.

Need help how to go about this.
