DSU threshold

Hi, guys! Have you been rejected by DSU even if you're low income, but "high" in assets? My family has 2 estates - one is our home and the other is an abandoned building of around 150 sq.m. Our assets (a.k.a. all of our life savings) are around 150k, and yearly income is around 13k.

I used the ISEE formula and the results are over the threshold, so I'm wondering whether someone with similar stats has gotten the DSU before.

P.S. I'll be going to a private uni and will basically spend all of my parents' savings without external help, since no other scholarships are available.
