Lexin 400

Hey! I recently went to Shanghai and found two film stocks by Lexin Film at the Xingguang Camera Equipment Mall. Lexin Film is a Chinese company based in Langfang, Hebei, not too far from where Lucky is based. The owner of the shop told me that they might be bulk stock that Lexin Film is reselling. Does anyone have any idea what these might be?

The interesting thing is that they are both ISO 400 films with different packaging and canisters, one comes in a plastic canister and the other in a metal one. However, the characteristics of the two rolls are identical.

There are no markings on the film, and after developing and scanning them, I noticed that they have quite a strong cyan/blue tint. I also compared them with a roll of Ultramax that I shot side by side, and they are definitely different.

I scanned them at home with a Plustek 8300i, without making any edits or color corrections.

Let me know if you have any idea!
