Can a business page on LinkedIn follow other pages?

I am trying to understand how LinkedIn Pages work when it comes to following other companies or organizations.

I manage a business page on LinkedIn, and I’d like the page itself to follow other business pages in the same way that a personal LinkedIn profile can follow companies. The idea is to follow relevant businesses, competitors, industry organizations, and maybe some potential partners so that the page can stay connected to what is happening in the industry.

However, I’m not completely sure whether LinkedIn allows a company page to follow other pages. I’ve looked around the page settings and the interface, but I’m not seeing an obvious “Follow” option when browsing other company pages while using the business page.

I’m also wondering whether there is a difference between following another page as the business page and simply having the administrator’s personal profile follow it. Ideally, I want the activity and interests to be associated with the company page rather than my personal account.

For anyone who manages LinkedIn Pages regularly, how does this work?

Can a LinkedIn business page actually follow other LinkedIn pages? If yes, where exactly is the option located, and are there any requirements or limitations that I should know about?

Also, if a page can follow other pages, does LinkedIn show those followed pages publicly anywhere on the business page? And does following another company page have any effect on what content appears in the business page’s feed or recommendations?

I’m particularly interested in hearing from people who have recently managed LinkedIn company pages, because LinkedIn seems to change its Page interface fairly often.

What has been your experience with this? Is there a specific way to switch from acting as your personal profile to acting as the business page before following another page?
