Need help from US/Canada to bypass a region-locked Parental Control PIN to factory reset my Switch

reset the console, but the PIN is blocking me from doing so. Since I am located in Europe, Nintendo support here requires me to provide the original owner's account details to unlock it, which is impossible for me to get.

I tried using the official US Nintendo reset website, but it completely rejects my Spanish credit card for the adult verification step.

I need someone located in North America who can access the official US Nintendo site, use their local card to complete the verification step, and send me the Master Key.
