Chats no longer being sorted chronologically?

My chats recently have not been sorted correctly. I'll start a new conversation within one of my projects and it doesn't show up in the short list under the project. I have to expand the project and find it running like 20 or so chats down.

Anyone know why this is happening? I don't think this used to be an issue.
