Does phofayskin care actually work?

I've seen SO many reels on them but they're all either ads or promotions and I'm too skeptical to take their word for it. Does it actually work as good as they say? Spray skin care removal cream has existed for ages and I know one that works but it finishes so quick and doesn't take from the root like the claim, and I'm trying to do wax/epilator only and I'd love a painless method to remove from the root
