Do you stick with the usual dash cam brands or try lesser known ones too?

Every thread seems to end up with, Vantrue, Thinkware or BlackVue.

Then I found this while digging around and honestly hadn’t heard much about them before.

When you find a brand with fewer Reddit reviews, what makes you comfortable putting it on the shortlist? Just footage and warranty, or do you wait until more people are using it?
