Newborn sleeping on boob

For context I’m triple feeding as my supply is low at the moment (still on transitional milk) and what I notice is LO sleeping on boob very often after a few gulps of milk… I’m really struggling with this because I’m wondering if its really hunger vs comfort (clearly she’s not emptying the boob fully at all times) and ask myself if a paci would help the problem? Tbh I don’t want to give a paci bc then I don’t want to have to wean her off.. any advice is welcome!!
