Webcam Brio 100 is not working.
Recently I bought a Brio 100, I had other webcams then and never had a problem with them. I switch to Brio because I wanted more resolution.
The thing is, that in the windows camera app/whatsapp desktop or web, the image is a solid colour (green). In the option of video also looks green but you can hear the sound. The camera only works in Zoom. I need help because I tried to fix that updating the drivers of my PC but haven't got any results.
And the worst is that, after using the Brio 100 and making the camera look a green colour, all my old webcams now do the same thing!! What's happening?
