Looking for a 9070xt

Im planning on moving from an 18 inch laptop to a travel desktop. I got everything but a case and gpu picked out. Id like to go either fractal ridge or silverstone milo 12 and need a 9070xt that will fit in it, or at least a gpu that wont be a downgrade from my 4080m.
