Linux ghost

Hello,

Im pretty think I know or will know through mistakes what direction id like learn.

My main objective is privacy. Im finding it difficult to understand:

A. How to obtain laptop that cannot be tied to the end user. Via purchase, behaviour monitoring. Someone explained that modern laptops all have back door chips. So i need to find out when and what units are available.

B. a way of obtaining a distro that would not be tagged by location, unit used, dongle serial or download etc

C. How to create and shield multiple hotspots tethering without vpn as I feel that route has already been compromised.

Or am I starting back to front and should start learning SEC on multiple compromised devices.

Would secure network, multiple device setup.

I hoped to create as much of a secure learning space before hand or am I just over thinking it.

Im really starting from scratch again here.
