I(20M) broke up with my gf(20F) of 4 years because of sexual incompatibility. Am I stupid?

Me(20M) and my girlfriend(20F) has been in a relationship for 4 years. Apart from bedroom stuffs we does have lot of indifferences, differences of opinions. She's always quite emotional in nature which is completely alright for her. I could handle her emotions over the course of our relationship for the first few years then I eventually became an absurdist. I also wanted to explore lots of things in bed where as she's quite vanilla and happy with the way standard sex works. I'm gonna agree I told her about my exploration kinks in the worst time and worst way possible which I regret so so much rn, and is probably the reason why we're broke up now. I really wanted to let her know in a better way, but not to blame her, but the way she was expressing her emotions made me so overwhelming, i eventually panicked and made it so much worse. I hope I won't regret this for the rest of my life :/
