Listened for 2 weeks no results

I have listened to subliminals to get bigger breasts for two weeks daily for half an hour. At first they really got bigger but it was right before my period started. Now that my period is over they have become smaller again. And I’m so demotivated to continue listening because I feel like the growth I perceive sometimes is only because of my menstrual cycle. It doesn’t stay. Any tips or motivation?
