How do i get rid of the latest Twitch - brainfart "FOR YOU, save your streak"

I get this on streamers i dont even follow. Same shit as with "twitch stories", which i avoid by unfollowing the streamer, who does such bullshit.

Is there any way to disable this bullshit. Or is it finally time to leave the platform?
