Al Hilal Bank Card Rejected

I have 2 credit cards now. One O recently got last week. So I tried applying for Al Hilal bank card today, got rejected. Saying due to internal policy.

Is it because I have applied for a recent card? I have eligible salary and good history, but made recent applications for new card.

Can anyone explain please. How long I should wait before reapplying?
