Bel'ameth temple room glitch

Anyone else having an issue with the temple room where your toon falls through the floor and gets teleported back to the main inside entrance? It happens right at the entrance where the 2 rooms meet. Happens every time for me. I've tried several rooms before the temple room, like small room, tee shape room, hallway, tiny room, then add the temple room and they all glitch my toon through the floor.
