Need help whether i should accept this deal or not

So long story short i got a email from this company called Caretopia Network Labs for adding a app into my dotfiles repo. The app is called mainspring they gave me code for it without even needing to accept the deal, from what i can see in the app it just enable's settings you need to use defaults write command for just now wrapped in a gui. I had some back and forth with them regarding this and now have a affilate code.

Now i need help deciding whether i should trust this company and go ahead with this deal or not. They just want me to add something into my readme regarding their app.

So should i go ahead with this
