I have had my A&P for 12 years now. Ill be looking for a new job next year what other license or training should I look into getting?

Army Power Plant Mechanic vast experience with engine and powertrain with with decent knowledge in NDI and sheet metal and composite. Also a few year in quality control and production control. Ill have another year to get 1 more class or license before I try to get a new job so what should I look into getting?
