Questions about title and salary chnages in experience letters

🇨🇦 CEC

Hi all, I received ITA recently in CEC stream and am working on the experience letters with my foreign ex-employers and current Canadian employer. There are two title changes and salary raises in two of my jobs:

  1. Foreign job: Title changed from Front-end Engineer to Senior Engineer with a salary raise, while the duties are the same.
  2. Canadian job: Title changed from Sr. Front End Developer to Senior Software Engineer in an organizational structure change. Despite the titles being different, my job duties are the same. I had a raise after year-end performance review, but it's irrelevant to the title change.

From what I know it seems that only the alignment of actual job duties and NOC job duties and paid duration would be verified, but as IRCC also request pay stubs, I'm wondering if they'll check the paid amounts.

Would it be better to include the title changes and salary history in the letters to make the employment records consistent with the supporting documents, or would it be sufficient to state my current/final title and salary?

Any information would be helpful. Thank you!
