traveling with cats back into the US from the PH

so i live in the philippines and plan on traveling back to the US around sept. with two of my cats, our airline is PAL and im wondering if the BAI is very strict when it comes to the no less than 30 days for the vaccine? tyia

also, what medicine can i give them to calm down during the flight because unfortunately theyre not going to be in the cabin with us.
