Scroll Bug with MX Master 3S since today?

Does anyone else suddenly have a super weird bug since today? For whatever reason my Windows 10 Desktop keeps scrolling extremely slow after using the infinite mouse wheel and for whatever reason that keeps happening even after restarting the PC. It happens in the browser and Adobe software and TXT Files.

Is this a software side error or is my mouse suddenly physically broken without anything happening?
