Why is the post button greyed out for subreddits like r/vent ?

I wanted to post on r/vent but the post button remained grey no matter what i did
I hit the required length
I added flair
Only thing i could think of was maybe the read the rules app? I acknowledged it 4-5 times but each time i refreshed the button to acknowledge was still unclicked (it did have a message that i did the acknowledgement >1 minute ago)
But ither than that i have no clue why im unable to post
Theres no error message or anything either
