$500, CA USA, Repay $650 on in installments of $200 starting next 08/21, PayPal/Cashapp/Venmo, looking to borrow to pay my PGE bill before it gets cut off

Accidentally paid my internet bill twice and that cut into the money for PGE. Already requested a refund from internet company but that's going to take while.
