Calling SIRI

Maybe this is just a vent post- but is everyone at SIRI on vacation right now?

I have an extremely urgent request in relation to my approved work permit, and I’ve sent in the contact form, but I’m trying to call to get immediate information.

I’ve called right when they open which is 2am for me with my time difference (not in Denmark yet.) i called twice this week and was #25 in line one time and #40 in line another time. I spent hours on hold to get from #25 to #7 and then my call dropped. I called back immediately and the line was completely busy for the remainder of their open hours. The other time i went from #40 to #36 in two hours (did they do on lunch?? I was at #36 FOREVER) and then i chose the “call back” option but realized it won’t work with my international calling system. I don’t think i would have gotten to the front of the line in 6 hours anyway.

I’m desperate to get a hold of them within the next week, is there another line I should try?

I’ve called line 4 since my permit is concerning the supplementary pay limit scheme.
