Is it possible?
I live in OH and work for a massive medical corporation headquartered in OH. This company has and continues to violate the most crucial policies and laws you can imagine. Myself and several others have been subjected to abhorrent treatment, sexual and verbal harassment, safety violations, retaliation and bullying, personal safety concerns, medical conditions both physically and mentally caused by work, injuries, breach of company policies, whistleblower breaches, etc. Last straw for me- I was having a stroke at work and was made to stay and threatened if I left. I stayed 5 hours and eventually had my husband take me to the ER, where I was admitted. It’s been about 3 months and FMLA is about to expire. I have permanent neurological damage, not to mention mental health damage. I will forever need to be treated by specialists and am not fully functional yet. It’s being covered up all the way up to the top level. All of us who’ve called the anonymous compliance line were targeted, and it leaked within 24 hours of opening a complaint. I have lost so much in wages, I’m going to be jobless and no insurance soon too because I can’t work. There are multiple present and past employees looking for representation for the same (and worse) types of issues. Is it worth it?
