Do Sunday passes typically sell out? (Toronto)

My friend is debating getting a ticket before the pre-purchase deadline ends tonight, so just wanted to check if the Sunday tickets typically sell out if she decides to get them at the door.

Also, can I pick a Sunday ticket up for her on Friday if needed?
