Used my own project tool to document the 11 days I spent building it

Built UluP Spaces - a visual project tool where work lives as connected nodes instead of a flat list. Once I hit day 11, I realized the most honest demo wasn't a screenshot, it was using the tool on itself. So I mapped the whole build inside my own app: each node is a version shipped (v1.5, v1.6, v2.0, v2.1), each task is something that actually happened, real notes included. There's a "Present Mode" that walks through it automatically if you'd rather not click around. https://www.ulupspaces.com/share/3667026b-da12-410e-9e25-c943142539b1 Happy to talk through the stack or what's been hardest so far.
